Investonian Systems OÜ (“Investonian,” “We,” or “Us”) provides the Investonian.com website (along with all related websites, mobile applications, and services operated by or on behalf of Investonian Systems OÜ, the “Site”) to you, the user (“You”), subject to your compliance with all the terms, conditions, and notices contained or referenced herein.

By accessing and using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“TOU”). If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Site.

User Generated Content: Intellectual property rights created pursuant to the provision of the Services by us, excluding your personal data, shall vest in us upon creation.

4. Use of the Services
The Site provides financial data and analytics but does not offer investment advice. We are not liable for decisions made based on the Site’s information. For investment decisions please do your own due diligence and contact a financial professional, with appropriate certifications.

The client does not have the right to hold us liable for the accuracy of the information displayed on our Site.

6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Site, or decisions made based on information obtained on the Site.
A client does have a right to contact us and require action when the Site does not work properly or a client has other problems concerning the use of our services (this does not include the right to hold us liable for the accuracy of the information displayed on our Site).

7. Indemnification

These TOU, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Investonian regarding the Site.

10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your access for breach of these TOU.
